Lahore fort, also known as Shahi Qila, is a wonderful and historical Mughal palace which was build in the 11th century. Located in the northern end of the walled city, this massive fort comprises of different halls, palaces, mosques and gardens.
Another example of the beautiful architecture, Badshahi mosque is a real treat for the tourists. The famous mosque was built by Mughal emperor Aurangzeb, in the year 1674. Is has the capacity to accommodate around 40,000 people to worship in a single prayer session.
Holding a very special place in every Pakistani’s heart, this place is of a great importance. Located in the famous Iqbal park, it is a perfect representation of the ideology of Pakistan. Built in 1960s this place reminds us of the Lahore resolution which was passed on the 23rd of march, 1940.
